PR2 Engine Division provides state of the art cylinder head services to our customers. We service most major manufacturer motocross cylinder heads. Listed below are some of the jobs we can do, most utilizing our Newen fixed turning CNC valve seat cutting machine. It ensures valve seats are cut perfect every time less than .000039″ roundness defects, and guide to seat concentricity defects less than .00079″ with surface finish defects Ra less than 0.20. A perfect seal between valves and valves seats creates more power and reliability. Valve seats are not perfect new from the factory, we make them perfect with just a resurface. We also create custom racing seat profiles to increase performance in any machine.
